I aint got anything to post today. Yesterday my back went again, and i managed to do all the pieces i had booked in but had to reschedule todays appointments. Taking it easy today and got an appointment with a chiropractor tomorrow before work. This is getting to be way too regular an occurrence...

yeah luckily my last booking when my back went was a personal trainer so she recommended one!
